01. Ordering

Complete the project request form and await a project confirmation message. The confirmation message will include an estimate. After accepting the estimate you will be responsible for completing an invoice payment. Once the payment is complete work will begin and materials will be delivered.

02. Turnaround

All work begins after receipt of payment and submission of content. Typically, design files are relieved one week after work beings. Logos are typically delivered 2-3 business weeks after payment and websites are delivered typically up to 4-weeks. Projects can be expedited for up fo 35% of the project cost for 24-hour delivery.

03. Content

All content is required to be uploaded before your project begins. Use the upload button to add text, images, logos and other information (Word or Google Documents, PDF, JPG, GIF, TIF, AI, PSD formats) that need to be included in the project. Text should be provided in a document, text or email message. Images that require text to be transcribed will be subject to an additional fee.

04. Payment

All projects are subject to a deposit for work to begin – there are no exceptions. Projects less than $500 are subject to a full deposit. Projects more than $500 are subject to a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project before delivery of approved files. Online payment is processed through Square Capital, LLC. Invoice and a surcharge of 1.3% is applied for this service.

05. Revisions

2-rounds of revisions are provided for each project. An additional fee of $35 will be charged for additional revisions rounds after the two provided revisions are utilized.

00. Refunds

There are absolutely no refunds. Credits will be issued at the discretion of the designer after negotiation and consideration of project terms.
